You can rebuild a home, but you can't manufacture waterfront. This property is right in the midst of superb boating, fishing, kayaking, seabird and whale watching. The nearest shopping is the lovely town of St George, which is 10 minutes away. The property is also 30 minutes from the historic resort town of St. Andrews By The Sea with its many attractions, including Kings Brae Public Gardens, boutique shopping and a championship golf course. The Loyalist city of Saint John, New Brunswick is 50 minutes away to the East, while St. Stephen and the U.S. border lie 40 minutes to the West. To our American neighbors who might be interested in the property there are two worthwhile points. The price in US dollars is approximately 170 K, and the character of the property has more in common with true the Down East Maine, than mid coast Maine.
